Kelly Hollister had a fairly busy May. In early May, she competed in the AWGA's State Match Play Championship at Gold Canyon. In the Senior Championship division, she finished 2nd to an always-tough Nicole Tombs, losing on the 18th hole. For more results,

In case you didn't know, our little Kelly is a freshman this year at Gateway Community College. She was a welcome addition to the golf team there, not only for her "game," but also for her wisdom, character and leadership. In the championship, Kelly competed well -- finishing 36th in a tough field and a long course.

Just think.... in the Fall, she played in the US Senior Women's Amateur -- to Spring, when Kelly played in the NJCAA Golf Championship. And in between, there was much more golf -- (I won't repeat it... see this blog)! Congrats Kelly!
